Golden Globes Fashion Part Deux!

 Ethereal Light

A staple at almost every awards show red carpet is the pale hued dress. It perfectly compliments a tan or fair complexion and with a few adjustments, can help any individual wearing the colour bring out their inner glow. Glee star Lea Michele simply glowed in this ballerina pink Oscar De La Renta gown. The one-shoulder ruffled detail cascaded to the side of the dress flowing into a full skirt. Simply beautiful! Carrie Underwood wore a subtle yet glittery gown by Badgley Mischka in the colour that speaks Hollywood. The sweetheart neckline and long train make the gown perfect for any 'sugar and spice and everything nice' starlet. Nicole Kidman wore a cream one-shoulder Prada gown that was accented by a soft sparkle. The small bow adds a ladylike touch with the pin adding small hint of colour with the turquoise stones. Lovely!

Peachy Keen

These stars seemed to be channeling spring with their peachy coral shades which added a summery touch to the wintertime awards show. Newly blonde Emma Stone glowed in her soft orange Calvin Klein Collection gown. The simplicity of the gown is perfection as it lets the colour shine and her shiny gold Calvin Klein Collection cluth pop. Claire Danes also chose a gown by Calvin Klein instead in a pink coral shade that was complimented by a gold cuff. The soft draping in the front adds a sensuous touch to the halter gown.  Television star Kyra Sedgwick walked the red carpet in my favourite colour combination orange and turquoise. In her ruffled, goddess-like tangerine Emilio Pucci gown, she accented the lightweight dress with turquoise and gold jewelry. Love it!
